CanadaStudy Permit1Hello Everyone My friend got her Study permit rejected. She is applying from Kuwait and she is staying in Kuwait on a work permit. Her visa rejection says she cant return to Kuwait as per work permit will be expired so they rejected. However she mentioned clearly on personal statement that she will return to her home country after her studies. Do you guys know any such requirements if you apply from a country other than home country?

Visiting Kuwait at end of each semester in order to maintain 6 month residence cap, wont that be a good statement ?
She need to show family ties, property amd future prospects of her study in her home country
