Today, I received a rejection letter where they stated that I didnt provide them with one PCC. However, I had infact provided this document, and have screenshots of my submission which prove it. Is there anything I can do?

I had this too. Sent LOE, proof and everything but nothing so created new EE profile and waited for the next draw.. sucks
