Hello everyone, I'm 27 years old software engineer working for IBM for almost 4.5 years as a web developer(Angular, Node-JS, MongoDB, IBM cloud, IBM DevOps). I'm planning to apply for PR, I even sent my transcripts for WES ECA verification and I gave my IELTS as well (8.5L, 6.5R, 6W, 7S I'm planning to give IELTS again next month to boost my scores) with this score I calculated my CRS score it is 373 1) How good is this score? 2) Can anyone suggest me which provinces I should target for? (My NOC code is 2175) Along with this I came across BCPNP Tech program and I'm part of 29 skills, and I have few queries with this process. 1) Do I need to apply through EE for this Tech program? 2) As per my understanding it requires a valid job offer from Canadian employer to apply for this program, so my question is will the employer wait for me until I go through all the process of getting invitation
