CanadaStudy Permit1Hello everyone, I lodged my SDS application on 7th June 2022 and while I was expecting a result, I received a communication yesterday through email to check my GC account. It mentions about ‘medical report - section A client identification and summary IMM 1017E’. I had gone through upfront medical on 4th June 2022 ’Sadhu Vaswani’ at New Delhi and I had uploaded the e medical confirmation sheet with my documents while submitting visa application. Do I need to do something specific related to this IMM form mentioned? Kindly have a look at the pictures attached and help me understand as to what is required by me. Thanks

Do you have a copy of medical information sheet? Ask the clinic on when did they transmitted the medical result to Embassy. WEBFORM AND EMAIL YOUR MEDICAL INFO SHEET. You don't need to remedical.
S Singh Bhullar Yes and ask the clinic on when did they transmit ur result. Most likely ur clinic did not transmit ur medical yet. Is there a comment “completed” in ur medical?
