Hello everyone, I have seen a few posts saying that their file got rejected due to non-submission of latest medical test but as per the exemption from IRCC - “If you have completed an Immigration Medical exam (IME) within the last 5 years, include your IME or UMI number when you submit your online application for permanent residency. IRCC will process your permanent resident application with your previous medical exam results and notify you of next steps.” Can anyone please suggest if we should submit the fresh medical test or the previous one should work fine which was done last year during my study permit application? Do you need a new medical exam for PR if you already had one within the last 5 years?
It is not same case for everyone. Also the policy says, IRCC may request for re-medical if they feel the need for the same.
Mine old one worked which I used for my study permit in 2021.
