Having IELTS overall 7.5 with Listening 8.5 Reading 7.5 Speaking 7 Writing 6.5 My CRS is 414 Which province would suit me as per above information ? I am basically interested in Alberta. Is this Noc is in demans in Alberta? Do I need to have job offer?? Thanks in Advance

RakulPreet Singh 300 score is just the eligibility criteria. You still need a job offer from one of the employers. That will help you get the nomination.
You don't need a job offer in some provinces like Alberta but having a job offer helps boost your score. Go check each provinces' website for PNP .
