Shruti Bhardwaj It’s clearly mentioned in your notes, you need to go for Masters in Education as opposed to any diploma. It does not make sense with your profile to go for PGD or any certificate program. Apply in any university and you will get the Permit easily

You should have opted for master in education that is perfect in line course for you
