Actually confused..should I differ my course to September intake or else should I start my course online while waiting for my visa?

I think u should deferred. IRCC has so many backlogs, they r only processing February applications. February 9-10 file to be exact. Only those ppl r getting visa result these day. I applied on 15 Feb and still waiting. Just sharing what happening
