So my question is that if I want to travel to US in August while still waiting for PR card, would that be an issue when I enter back to Canada or that should be fine considering I still have a TRV? If anyone faced something similar or knows about this, it would be really appreciated if you can let me know. Thanks !

If you have a copr , you can travel to US and return to Canada by Car/land. Although port of entry at airport will look for pr card or prtd , through land you can enter using copr
It would be better that you wait for PR card to arrive. All existing visa from Canada on your passport are invalid.
TRV is invalid as you’re now in the PR status. However, you can cross the land border with the US with just COPR.
