Can I apply for her extension based on my applied status or I have to be on work permit ? And does it required a NOC B category job for extension? I appreciate your help and time.

Nur Alam Zico It is not mentioned anywhere. That was the reason I didn’t knew about that and got rejection, after getting rejection I consulted to lawyer and he told me that the reason for your rejection is your spouse don’t have a full time job and many people on Facebook groups told me the same thing so after that i applied again with my wife’s full time job docs (job letter with duties and responsibilities + paystubs) and my application got ap
I’m not sure about you can apply for extension on applied status or not But I’m sure that you need full time job for your wife’s SOWP extension (NOC B is not required, just FULL TIME job)
