Now , if he calculate point individual then he has 492and after combining with me goes to 477. What is the best option of us? Should he apply for PR with single applicant and then spouse sponser or we should apply together? Please advice.

Mohammed M Hussain I am not too sure, but this is a kind of misrepresentation as the wife is living here in Canada, and the Husband is applying alone just to get ITA, and later on, the Husband will file for Wife. I might be wrong but I am also looking for similar legit answer.
Priyanka Gautam it’s does not matter because you will come in General category and you are aware about score then you can decide.
Is there any issue comes later when he sponsor that why we didn’t apply together before as both of us were in Canada.
Priyanka Gautam No issues. Let him apply alone, and after he gets his PR, he can sponsor you.
It’s better to apply single if your occupation is not in Stem category
