Anmol Shrivastav probably you are not able to go ahead in the form because you did not filled mandatory things. Just put abcd or 123 and keep going next.
If someone gets pnp a person need to stay in that province for minimum period of time
U need to stay in Ontario for at least of 2 years after getting your PR.
