One should always prefer Universities over colleges. I've also received the offer letter from CBU for the same program. Through my research, I've found that part time job opportunities are less in Sydney,Nova Scotia as compared to Missisauga
In terms of part time work, Missisauga is better. However, in terms of PR, Nova Scotia is much better.
