I will have one full year of Canadian experience by the end of August but since the ITA expires in 60 days, should I apply now or wait till August? Thank you!

Got your ITA before your 1 year of Canadian experience is complete? Don't decline it

If you are able to submit the documents within 60 days ensuring that your 1 year of canadian experience is complete on the day you submit your file then you should NOT decline the ITA.
