Hello everyone, i am planning to immigrate to Manitoba through PNP but my consultant told i need to have a close friend or relatives living there to be eligible to apply. I am 25 years old, Bachelors Graduate and have full time foreign work experience of 5 years in NOC 1312, attended IELTS and got overall CLB 7. I really want to immigrate to this province but I don’t have any connections in this province and neither have any idea about the process. Any help and advise is really appreciated. Thanks!
