CanadaPost-Graduation Work Permit1Hello Everyone, I am in Canada from.last 10 months and due to some reasons, I was not able to apply SOWP and study visa of my 14 old son. Now I want to apply Both Visas but my consultant is saying my Study Visa is about to finish and you may get refusal as IRCC officer can assume that if your study is about finish then why you are applying for SOWP? Consultant said apply visa for your spouse and Son after getting Work Visa. It will take so much time I will get work Visa may be within 3 months then i will apply it will take more than 6 to 7 months. Can I apply study Visa for them and after landing here. I may apply for their visa as Inland application. Which option is easy and fast? Please suggest I am in state of dilemma.

Dipti Arora Convocation was a good time to file visitor visa but if it's already happened. Itna wait kiya h thoda aur wait he karlo let PGWP come
If your study permit is going to expire in 2-3 even 4 months. Better wait for PGWP I am in same boat
You can apply for their permits along with your PGWP .
