1. It depends, if you have a job offer or if you are currently working with a compensation satisfying POF requirements for your family, you can provide that.
Sravya Reddy IRCC will send you a letter for Kuwait PCC, since you aren't living there, you require IRCC letter
Sravya Reddy for IRCC application follow the checklist. Mostly, you don't require POF at IRCC level.
