Hello every one. My sister is Canadian P.R and brother in law is Canadian Citizen. She is expecting a baby and delivery in October. Now I want to apply for Canadian visa with or without my mother to look after them. Now what are the chances of getting visa in this scenario.I have been to Europe and many other countries in past. US visa is rejected once in 2022.

Ask your sister to get a medical letter from their care provider ( midwife/obgyn) that she is pregnant and would be great to have someone from her family to support her after giving birth.
Honestly very slim, with Us visa it's almost 99% but Canadian short stay visas are very tough. They refuse left and right.
