Hello All! Sorry for the long post but please suggest me what to do in this situation. I have a doubt regarding CEC express entry. Please let me know if we will face any issues/rejections regarding our application. My husband has applied for PR before our wedding under CEC Category. We got married on the 24th of November 2023. We haven’t updated our respective PR profiles as we were still in India and wanted to do so once we reach Canada. Within this time, my husband has received an ITA under STEM draw on the 8th of December. Hence to the same profile, we have added myself as a dependent. We submitted all our documents from India as our return to Canada is 20th of January 2024 and our deadline to submit the application is 7th February 2024 and we would not be able to get the PCC within a 2 week timeframe. We received our AOR on 12th of Jan 2024. Now, we have returned back to Canada. Will

CEC inland applicant here. Visited India for 2 months and applied through Passport Seva Kendra and received it right before my flight. It was valid so yours should be valid as well.
After getting your PCC done also you can travel to India but your stay shouldn’t exceed 6 months. So I think based on your case you don’t have any issue with the PCC. You are fine
So you are asking about the PCC that you submitted and you got when you were in India would cause any problems?
