Hello All... I will be travelling to Vancouver from India in mid of Jun. My flight route is via Ahmedabad --> Dubai --> Seattle --> Vancouver and have a layover of 4 hours in Seattle. Do I need to apply for Transit visa in Seattle? Also are 4 hours sufficient if transit visa is required. My flight operator is different from Seattle to Vancouver. Please suggest.
