Hello all, I've got an ITA two months ago, but my ex-boss didn't give me the employment letter before the deadline, therefore I gotta decline the invitation. Meanwhile I will have enough working hours for my current job in late June, so to get the same score and be invited again in the next draw (hopefully) without claiming the points of my previous job. My only question is whether my current profile is still eligible for the next draw as I declined an invitation before? Or should I withdraw the whole profile and set up a new one? I did some research, and it seems that I am back into the pool now, just have to wait for another draw. But it has shown in my profile that I had declined an invitation,I'm so worried that it will affect my eligibility for the next draw. Thank you in advance for any of your advices.

Declined an Express Entry ITA: does your profile stay eligible for the next draw?

I could be wrong but probably some people didn't receive ITA for a few rounds after rejecting one. So, they had to create a new profile. Still, wait for someone who has been through a similar situation to answer

You don’t need to create a new profile just cuz you rejected an ITA. Doesn’t change anything. People reject ITAs every time and it’s never a problem.
