I tried to get experience letters from current and previous employers, but they only provide it in a fixed template which doesn't include all required information. There's also a second problem, which is that my full name in one of these letters is missing a name. I read before that: 1 - You can get a notarized letter from a senior co-worker or your manager to provide the missing information. 2 - You can do a "one and the same affidavit" for the name problem and also get it notarized. Could anyone please guide me on how to do this in Saudi Arabia ?

Print your experience letter in the format needed for OINP ( on company letterhead) and have your manager sign it. My HR department provided a very basic letter that it would be far away to be accepted as it was super basic. As far as I know you cannot get non government related documents notarized in Saudi Arabia except for estate purchase or judiciary. But I could be wrong. The solution to this I could find was US embassy does document notarization. But I'm not sure if that would work with IRCC.
