Hello All, I have a question – I am on a student visa, and my studies are completing in Sept’23, and my wife is on Spousal Work Permit. I want to file my parents’ visa (visitor). I want to know which all documents are required. My parents are retired (private business) – no pension. So, they do not have ITR. Will this be a challenge in getting their visitor visa? Also, what is the general timeline for parents visitor visa at present? Would need your suggestion. Thanks in advance,

Moin Patel Thanks Moin, but generally even if the income does not fall under income tax, we file ITR but in this case we haven't. Hope it should not be a show stopper

Devesh Chainani try to get some notaries done from lawyers about the business. Try to make it look legitimate.

Your convocation is the best reason for invitation. Get that letter from college.
