Main important is CRS score .if it meeting current cut off score better apply PR .will loose CRS score because of the age .second PGWP will add the CEC experience and increase the CRS score .third PNP.
You are eligible for PR as well as PGWP. If you want to stay in ON then you should apply under PNP if your ee score is low.
