Hello Admin and all group members: Since my husband has tried to apply for study permit twice from bahrain, it is the uae visa officer checks the application. It got rejected twice. And it seems that UAE visa office has a reputation of high rejection rates. His biometrics was done in Bahrain. Now if my husband applies through India, via SDS or Non Sds, will his application again reach the UAE visa officer or the India/ Canada visa officer ? Secondly, he does not even have strong ties to india (indian Nationality) as his livelihood is in Bahrain since birth. But he does have certain cousin members in India. What would work and what would be the best scenario for him to get his study permit approved ? Need your sincere suggestion Arman Haryana

Refused twice via a high-rejection visa office abroad? Consider applying through your home country instead
Agree with Shadma Farooqui . It's better to apply from India, sds or non sds. Ties to the home country need to be provided.
Better to apply from home country but he should prove ties such as family property any business
Shadma Farooqui thank you for your response.
