I took an upfront medical exam and uploaded the information sheet as proof when I applied for a study permit in May. But a few days back I received a request for a medical on my portal. I need to inform them I have already taken a test and uploaded the proof. Has anyone had a similar experience? How did you resolve it? Thank you

I would say email plus send the receipt of your valid medical along with brief explanation via webform.
Contact your medical test centre and get the status on your report.
