Can you work as a Contractor w/o any risks to my PR status. 2. Also, can I work for a US employer full-time on H-1B since my current employer is applying for H-1B while staying in Canada (while working on a H-1B) to be eligible for citizenship and to maintain your PR status? 4. Are there any documents required from my current employer to hire me as a contractor in Canada?
