I trying to find out about Canada Immigration on PNP basis as because of my age, I won't cut out for Express Entry. Please suggest how to go about it. Any consultants or way to do it on my own? Please also share what province will be better for me, considering me from field of finance and banking, with NOC 0122.

Not to demotivate, but why would you leave a nationalised bank (safe job for those who don't know) role and at the age of 35 to move to Canada? It's going to be tough because of the age and NoC code. Only AiNp and Sinp is there for you.
Actually, I read quite a bit about these two PNPs and what I found was that the AINP doesn't have 0122 in their in-demand jobs, it's in-demand at SINP, but not sure about opportunities there.
