Created another profile n crs score is 481 n have asked ircc for another one as replacement is the earlier faulty one. Will they give it?

I don’t know what you mean by faulty, but now that it’s expired it is of no use. Just note that IRCC doesn’t replace ITA with a new one. You will have to follow the regular process, get into the pool again and wait for ITA.

They may issue you with a new one provided they admit their fault.
