CanadaStudy Permit1Good morning My sister’s student visa got rejected twice.She has requested for GIC refund to scotia bank about three months back.Amount is not credited to her account and bank is not responding to my call and email.They sent an email stating the amount is refunded and closed account.Can anyone help me how to follow up with this issue

It takes 7-8 days for credit once the refund is completed. Dont panic it will only reflect in the applicant account.
