I applied for graduate certificate course at Niagara College for May intake and I submitted the visa since March but the visa didn't come out, I deferred to September intake in which I got another acceptance letter. I gave up on the Canadian visa and decided to apply for a nursing job in the UK, I will be starting the new job end of this month and I already requested for a refund from Niagara College. My Canadian study visa got approved today.I'm so confused right now, don't know what to do.

If your long term goal is to get PR. You will get it in UK as well. If you want to study then it's your call. If you can't decide whether to go to Canada or UK. I'd say UK to work for sure.
