it depends on whether the previous role before promotion is under Noc 0 A or B. If yes then you can count 6 years but in your profile you should enter the designations seperately as the job title and noc will be different from your current role

Anjali Yadav work experience is 6years and 1year for NOC experience right? But, I will put 0122 in my NOC now right? I think EE only ask for years in work experience.
0122 is for mangerial roles only. So your experience under NOC 0122 is 1 year, and experience under NOC 1434 is 5 years.
