Do outland applicants need to submit upfront medical exam for express entry post ITA? Docs list mentions medical but wasn’t there a policy that says no need of upfront medical? Pls advice.

Upload a blank word doc in that section or In a word doc mention that as per IRCC's new policy upfront medical is not required so I will wait for IRCC to send me a request for the same

This is for in Canada applicants not for applicants who are applying after working in USA and no Canadian history?

Irrespective of Inland or Outland , upfront medical is not required while submitting e-APR
