My Spouse and my Kid is here in Canada, on an OWP and Visitor Visa respectively. My spouse has a fulltime, permanent job. I am in process of applying PGWP, can we apply together (PGWP + SOWP Ext + Kids visa) ? Is there a potential risk? Any similar experience?

I do not see any reason to worry. You all can apply simultaneously. All the best
If spouse has full time permanent job , no risk of applying together
