Our parents stay in different cities in India (Bhopal and Kolkata), but the address in our passports and Aadhar is that of a home that we purchased in Bengaluru, and is now rented out. We have friends in Bengaluru but no relatives. When selecting police station for PCC, please advise on what we should select? The police station as per address in passport or that of my parents? We are not sure what transpires at the police station, hence the confusion.

I would say address in your passport. Because you lived there last and just in case if they want more verification, they can ask for extra details and enquire in your home address/where your parents reside.
Romil Chennupati - I have a Bengaluru home address in my passport but took the PCC from Kolkata based on my Adhaar Card, which has my Kolkata home address.
