Shreya Chatterjee ok if you have any degrees/diploma in HR related to your NOC you can opt for SINP, PEI and if have french linguistics Quebec also. Look mate each province has it's own criteria, further you can check on their respective sites
Mate… your last sentence shows you won’t get 8777 for IELTS. Better you attempt that, then we can discuss further…
