Aishwarya Balaji Thank you I do have all the proof to establish that common law was never established. So I should attach the proof of genuine relationship and proof of non-common law relationship (documents with separate addresses through out) when I inform IRCC and write a letter of explanation too. Then I guess it will be good?
Mansi Chadha I don't believe proof for not in common law is required. General timeline of the relationship is fine. I can't remember if photos are required but you can include them as well
