In this case, what shall i do? Shall i inform IRCC through webform about this deferral? OR Wait for my application outcome and see if IRCC requests for it.

IRCC won't request for it. You have to send a web form/email. Attach the new LOA. That way, if your application does get approved, your visa will be valid until your program completion and you won't have to extend while you're in Canada.
I think no need to inform IRCC through webform as it is less than 15o days . Waiting for other suggestions as well
