Does a software developer NOC qualify for the STEM category draw, and is CRS 448 enough?

Your NOC Code 21232 falls under STEM, but your score is very low considering the previous STEM draw (cutoff 486) and even OINP draw (479-485), you’ll need to try and increase your CRS.
