Public universities has more visa success rate but also depend on your profile. What’s your educational background , course choosen, ielts score , work experience, gap between last studies, finance, SOP. lots of factors decide your visa success.

Also keep in mind that if your study gap is long there are some institutes that don’t accept your application. For eg Algonquin won’t accept if the study gap is over 7 years.

Public universities especially in distant provinces have better chances of visa approval.
