I need to send Self-Addressed pre-paid envelope with a courier that delivers between Canada and the U.S.A along with my Passport Do I need to attach Electronic Export Declaration form inside the envelop for shipment from canada to USA? This is so that I receive my passport back safely from Canada to my mailing address in USA. Email said.. Submit all documents by mail in a single package and send to the following address: CPCO – PR VISA US Permanent /Temporary Residence VISA/Passports 365 Laurier Av. West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1 Please guide

Use fedex and they will guide you on the customs document to be included in the package both ways.
