You can get it translated through any authorized translation firm…. And get it notarized… that will be good to use… i used the same way… or you can get it translated from india as well… public notary will put a stamp valid for overseas or valid for Embessy…

This is a birth registration copy. Get a certificate by paying fees in the municipal authorities

You mostly won't need Birth Certificate, so no need to translate as such.
