Background story: I am a Pnp nominee and applied from UAE which is my country of residence. However, when the time came for express entry documents submission I was stuck in my home country as I had to travel because of family emergency and couldn't travel back due to covid flight restrictions. I mentioned that in Letter of Explanation when submitting my profile and submitted PC from home country while being in the home country and not in my country of residence. After submission I later travelled back when flights reopened. My criminal record is clear so that's not the concern. Moreover, I provided pcc from home country for past 10 years. So now as per the agent review should i submit a new pcc upfront or they are gonna request for new pcc themselves? Is this agent review comment a sign of

They might request a new PCC , I would wait for the request because its only valid for a certain timeframe, but thats just my opinion! how long did it take to get your gcms notes?
Ritu Sravya Reddyi in the assessment section it says not started. Whereas in the above screenshot in agent review it says not passed

its better to call and confirm latest status, might be notes are old.
