Bill C-19 question: For outlanders, the Healthcare category states the work experience should be in the last 3 years (screenshot attached). While, EE CRS calculator says that work experience should be in the last 10 years and awards CRS points accordingly. If a candidate is having work experience in the last 10 years but not in the last 3 years, and gets an ITA in the healthcare category draws...which rule will apply? You should have said experience in the last 3 yrs. If not you are not eligible for the category based draw even though your NOC is present.

U need at least 6 months experience in last 3 yrs out of your total. Remaining can be older too
