CanadaPost-Graduation Work Permit1*Asking on behalf of my brother Dear All, My brother has received his Study Permit for January 2024 intake. He did not apply for his wife's visa. They have been married for 4 years. Now he wants to take his wife along with him. Can he apply for his wife's open work permit or any other visa type, before travelling, so that they can travel together? Thank you for your support in advance. He is really tensed, any support would be helpful in this regard.

Anmol Ahluwalia sowp rules have been relaxed recently. Still the process may take 2-3 months. Earlier it used to take 12 to 18 months.Ircc may not ask anything Get the proper documentation. All the best
