Asking on a friends behalf: Her Us visitor visa was rejected in 2018. She applied for study visa for canada in 2019 and she mentioned about it. During her study permit extension and work permit application, she forgot to mention it. She got her work permit after that. Now she is applying for PR. Can she disclose this? Would that be a problem for her PR application If she does so. She is very concerned. I would highly appreciate your advice. Please reply Kubeir Kamal

They already have everything in the system. And study permit extension they don't care much . So they would have ignored you forgot to ignore about us visa rejection. So don't worry mention this time

She has to mention it this time and every other time she applies for a visa. Or status change in future as well.
