Asking for a friend: He has received nomination from OINP, and has received ITA recently. He has 60 days to share the documents. However, when he approached the PSK for PCC, he was told that his passport is damaged. The appointment for tatkal, and the process thereafter will take another 1.5-2 months, and there is a possibility that he won’t receive the PCC in time. What can be done in this case? If he declines/is unable to upload the documents within 60 days, would it cause an issue with Ontario picking up his profile again from the pool? What kind of delays can he expect in such a case? Has someone faced a similar situation in the recent past? Also, his OINP is active till August 2022. Any input/insights would be appreciated!

Sonam Verma bro or you can make passport from anywhere in India , but you need to have the present address proof.
