Couple of months after AOR, he has been transferred back to India. Does his PR application eligibility change because of this circumstances change after AOR ? Since he claimed points for the job offer stating he will be employed by the Canadian company for at least a year after becoming a PR, it might cause an issue
1. Once the PR is approved, he would need to inform of his address for physical card, so at some point yes IRCC needs to know about it.
Any travel after the AOR will not affect the application and need not be informed.
