Can we change college within 10 days of 1st semester to get max refund with offer letter of another college but for next intake. so there will be 4 months gap. Will this affect PGWP? 2 job duties mentioed in resume used for college offer letter was not proper. I just used basic duties becouse of time limitation. But for visa apllication I got experience letter from employer as per NOC. On experience letter it was rephrased as per suitable NOC Can I update my resume for study visa application. or visa officer will have access to resume submitted to college for offer letter?

1 - Every college has its own rules and regulations- You need to check this with college.
1. It won't affect in PGWP.. but u r not able to work while u r in between stage..
