On GCKey 'Background' and 'Eligibility' says 'We are processing' and 'We are reviewing' respectively. Also, I have not received any email regarding the status update. Is this normal, or there's something wrong?

When I logged into my profile, I saw an update dated June 9 under the title Final Decision that the application is in progress and they will send a message once the final decision has been made. Under background check, it still says that they are proce… See more
It's normal the tracker is updated most of the time the GC key gets updated at a later stage in most cases
